WUHAN TWIN TOWERS

Wuhan as a second tier China city is known to be up and coming, this project located in the heart of Wuhan’s CBD (central business district) directly on the Yangtze River frontage is a very recognizable to the city’s skyline.  With a small site and a large amount of FAR (floor area ratio) the design team new the project would be dense and vertical, requiring two tall towers. In terms of cost efficiency and minimizing the construction timeline it was deemed very early in the design process that twin towers would d be the preferred direction.  

Crowning the project are a pair of 5 star branded hotels in the upper portion of each tower, 4 Seasons and a W Hotel would truly make this downtown location become a new destination for the city of Wuhan.
