Project Description:
Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, was the first Free Trade Zone to be established in China. It is situated in the North East of Pudong District, near the end of Metro Line 6. It was incorporated as part of the newly developed China Pilot Free-Trade Zone in 2013 and mostly built-out by 2018. This large-scale master plan of 725,000sqm of gross floor area consists of a Central Retail Village District, Hybrid Museum/Hotel Building, (5) Grade A Office Complexes, International School and a Retail Mall. Waigaoqiao Grade A Office (4-5) was the first of the office projects to be completed in 2016.
