As a complete gut remodel, this project was envisioned as a place to entertain during the hot summer months in the Southern Oregon heat. With no shortage of water features 5 in all and a 50 foot long vanishing edge pool equipped with deck jets, bar table and seating, LED lights and a fully automatic walkable cover this out door space is not only safe but a dream to entertain at.

Fully custom designed fabricated railings everywhere, full stone height pillars with Balinese irrigated planters as toppers, this project looks like something out of a hospitality magazine. In general the exterior plan is meant to captivate interior guests and intrigue them to wander out towards the vanishing edge pool and beyond to the 270 degree views. With plenty of arbors and covered outside living, there is no shortage of relaxing at this estate getaway.

One of the most unique features of the property is the panoramic sauna. While holidaying in the Italia Alps the owners were intrigued while staying at a five-star resort, they could bask in the heat of the sauna while they peered out at the Dolomites.
