NYE Bangkok Tower

This project is located in the heart of a very busy commercial district in downtown Bangkok. To Comply with Bangkok’s rigid height restrictions and form based code regulations the building’s mass was conceived utilizing step gardens to reinforce one of the tower’s key drivers sustainability. The building further reiterates this concept by allowing office workers the ability to connect with natural landscaped from 5 distinctive roof terrace viewing decks from within the Tower. As a true vertical mixed-use design, this highly sustainable tower creates its own energy through a Wind Farm at the crown of the building, it also boasts a highly engineered curtain wall facade system and the podium’s design is lifted to provide a more enhanced connection to the neighborhood.
