CP Leadership Institute

The Leadership Campus was conceived by the president of CP Group, to provide a place to exchange information and to bring up the ingenuity/quality of leadership across CP’s thousands of employees around the world. The Washington D.C. and Bangkok Gensler offices collaborated on this project from Concept through Construction Administration. Our team worked under the direction of Principal Jordan Goldstien from the DC office to facilitate Site Visits and produce Field Reports. Site Visits were also joined by Noel Tichy and Graham Mercer from Action Learning a world class educational consultant from the US. Noel Tichy ran General Electric’s Leadership Development Center, and was previously the director of the Global Leadership Program at the University of Michigan’s Business School.
